We install commercial gas lines (1" / 1 1/2" / 2" / 3" / 4" / 5" / 6") steel pipe or copper pipe to serve commercial appliances & commercial kitchens & other catering equipments and appliances. We also install gas proving control systems and auto interlock valves. All work is carried out by our qualified engineers and carries full warranty.

Charges for 1" gas lines are £80 per metre / 1 1/2" gas lines are £120 per metre / 2" gas lines are £160 per metre / 3" gas lines are £240 per metre supplied & fitted + £90 per appliance connection. The auto interlock valves & gas proving control systems would have to be charged separately depanding on type of system, gas interlock systems with 2 fan sensors are £995 and gas interlocks with gas proving & 2 fan sensors are £1495.

DOMESTIC CENTRAL HEATING & BOILER SERVICE

We can service all makes and models of central heating boilers. We use latest digital gas analyzer to check your boiler and after service we will issue the print out for your boiler for your future records. A service certificate will also be issued. We charge £80 for boiler service and £120 for full central heating service.

COMMERCIAL BOILER SERVICE

LANDLORDS GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES (CP12)

We can carry out gas safety inspection of your gas appliances in your property and issue gas safety inspection certificates (CP 12) for you and for your tennants. Inspection charges are £40 for first appliance and £25 for each appliance there after.

ROOM SAFETY TEST REPORTS / CARBON MONOXIDE TEST REPORTS

We can carry out a room safety test & and carbon monoxide test and issue test report for you. The charges for these reports are £60 for each test report,

The Honeywell DT90E Wireless Digital Room Thermostat leads the way in energy efficient control by using advanced technology to maximise the energy efficiency of the heating system. The Honeywell DT90E Wireless Digital Room Thermostat has been designed to provide automatic temperature control of gas or oil fired boiler systems, underfloor heating, electric heating and zoning systems.

Energy efficiency is addressed by state of the art control performance qualifying it as a Load Compensator. The Honeywell DT90E Wireless Room Stat has an ECO button energy saving feature which gives timed setback or boosts temperatures to reduce energy demand.

The Honeywell DT90E Wireless Digital Room Stat is a TPI (Time Proportional Integral) control product as defined in the Building Regulations, which make boilers operate more efficiently and provide close accurate control.

It also incorporates an ‘OFF’ setting that can be used for frost or hypothermia protection, assuming the system time control is also switched on. 'Installer Mode' also allows control to be matched to the system and user requirements, adapting minimum on or off times, set point controls etc.

The volt free connections are ideal for use with combination boilers or heating zones.

If you have a gas leak and your gas has been disconnected, then we can trace & repair that leak carry out tightness test and reconnect your gas supply. we use electronic gas sniffers to detect gas leacks which are very accurate to pinpoint a leak. All our Engineers are GAS SAFE REGISTERED and fully qualified. If you need a new gas line installed then ask us for a free quote please.

when you upgrade your boiler with us, we recommend a power flush power your system power flush price £450 for the system with upto 8 radiators

When fitting a new Condensing boiler it is madness not to power flush your existing system. To validate your free boiler warranty its the requirement of all boiler manfacturers to power flush your central heating system before you have your boiler replaced with new condensing boiler, after the boiler instsllation the instsller will have to fill out the warranty papers and benchmark papers , where instsller has to mention that system has been flushed in accordance with the boiler manfacturers instructions. failing to comply with the manfacturer instructions your boiler warranty will be invalidated. And your new boiler will get blocked with sludge causing boiler parts failuer and costing you lot of money unnecessarily and reducing your boilers life.
